The hotel location is truly amazing, with numerous iconic monuments nearby and excellent transportation options. The rooms, however, were disappointing due to lack of cleanliness and being smaller than expected. The service was friendly but lacked proactive explanations and was noisy at times. The dining was mediocre but satisfactory, and the facilities were average.
